Established in 2022, LEAD Trainers was created to bridge a persistent gap: people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are often overlooked in behavioral health, victim services, and criminal justice systems.

Our work brings those systems together through education, consultation, and practical resource development centering dignity, safety, communication, and respect at every step.
